Merino Ram Limited Edition Print

The Merino is famed for their fine, soft wool and their ability to thrive in extreme climates. The New Zealand Merino is iconic, both in its appearance and for the ingenious fibre they produce naturally each year. It is little wonder that we love merino wool for its sustainability but merino wool is also the ultimate choice for unbeatable performance, no matter the season. 

I have tried to capture this iconic animal and all that he represents with this work and want to celebrate the pioneering men and women that have farmed and continue to farm these spectacular animals in some of the most rugged and challenging locations across the South Island of New Zealand to bring this glorious fibre to the world.
