Do you do Commissions?
Yes, however bookings are currently closed for commission work.

What is the lead time on commissions?
If you are looking to get a special piece, please get in contact and Madison will provide you an estimated completion time and be in touch through the whole process! If you have birthdays or special requests she will try her very best to accommodate them!  There is often a client waiting list, and the lead time will depend on the time of year and number of commissions that are already have booked.

What materials are used to create a Madison Coulter Original?
Madison uses professional artist grade pencil crayons and watercolor paints on high quality fine art paper which is chlorine and acid free to ensure the longevity of your artwork.

What are the terms of payment for a commission piece?
To commission a portrait a 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the waiting list, the further 50% is required on completion via direct bank transfer.

Do you accept exchange or returns?
I do not accept returns or exchanges for commissioned pieces of work, (I can and will replace damaged prints if the damage occurs in postage) Please contact me directly if you have received a damaged print and I will get it sorted for you.

How long does shipping take?
We live rurally so please allow a little flexibility but usually 2-3 days throughout New Zealand. International shipping can take  longer, especially in the lead up to Christmas.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do, I love seeing my work head around the globe. 

Am I able to purchase digital files?
No. Sorry digital files for my work are not available and I have no intention of selling digital files of my work.
